As of 1 October, J\u00fcrgen Mindel, active since 2007 in the German Association of the Auto\u00admotive Industry (VDA), was appointed fourth managing director of the trade association. Since that date he has been in charge of the new area \u201cCommunication &amp; IAA\u201d, which includes all the communi\u00adcations of the VDA as well as the conceptional and organisational implementation of the International Motor Show Germany (IAA).
