Change in state representation on the board of the Maritime Cluster Northern Germany (MCN): Andreas Richter, Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, Department of Economics and Innovation, was followed at the beginning of January by Dr.\u00a0Niels K\u00e4mpny from the Ministry for Economic Affairs, Labour, Transport and Digitalisation of Lower Saxony.
