Kurt Sander stepped down as chairman of the supporting association for ShortSeaShipping Inland Waterway Promotion Centers (SPC) in April. \u201cI\u2019ve happily held this position for six years. Because of the expansion of the company I represent, Robert Kukla, I must step aside from this role for time reasons,\u201d says Sander. The SPC chairman agreed to Wolfgang Nowak\u2019s appointment as acting chairman, with Heiko Loroff as representative.
