The new President of the European Maritime Pilots Organisation is Capt. <strong>Erik Dalege<\/strong>. The former chairman of the Federal Chamber of Pilots in Hamburg was elected at the EMPO General Assembly in May for a period of three years. Capt. Dalege succeeds Norwegian Stein Inge Dahn, who had held the role from 2013.
