A ceremonial act was held in <strong>Bremen town hall followed by a businessmen\u2019s meeting in the \u2018Grasmarkt\u2019,<\/strong> where Uwe Beckmeyer, a retired parliamentary state secretary (3rd\u2009from right), and Tim Cordssen-Ryglewski, Chairman of the Weserbund and State Councillor for Science and Ports (3rd from left) discussed the future of the Weser. The Weserbund was set up in Bremen and Minden in 1921.
