Since the autumn of 2021, <strong>Constantin Conrad<\/strong> is also the managing director and sole authorised signatory of the holding company Lexzau, Scharbau GmbH &#038; Co. KG in addition to his position as Chief Digital Officer (CDO) on the Group\u2019s management board. The 30-year-old will also assume the position of CEO when his father steps down from running the day-to-day operations of the company in a few years\u2019 time. His sister <strong>Charlotte Conrad<\/strong> will initially be involved primarily as an \u201cactive partner\u201d. She became a mother in spring 2021 and is gradually resuming her duties in the company\u2019s Human Resources department following maternity leave.
