In this role, Schwemmer now wants to increasingly approach companies and people who do not have direct contact points with logistics but still depend on them. He wishes to better understand these \u201coutsiders\u201d, as he calls this target group, in order to get them more familiar with logistics. \u201cThis is also key to the long-term positioning of BVL,\u201d said Schwemmer. Indeed, the community profits from network diversity. He reckons that there are many outsiders in information technology and data analysis. Schwemmer was most recently employed as Senior Consultant in charge of the market intelligence in the SCS working group at Fraunhofer Institute.
