Against this background, Member of the Bundestag and coordinator for the maritime economy and tourism, Claudia M\u00fcller (2nd on the left) stated: <strong>\u201cThe cruise ship industry is investing heavily in innovative propulsion systems<\/strong> and is taking major risks in challenging economic times. This will also secure thousands of jobs at German shipyards and deserves our support.\u201d And Chairman of Cuxhaven Tourism Association (TWG), Norbert Plambeck, highlighted the regional aspect: \u201cOnce again, Cuxhaven positioned itself as an attractive cruise port in 2021.
