Ralf Miehe from K\u00fchne+Nagel (K+N) stepped down after serving four years on the board. He is succeeded by J\u00fcrgen Tonak (also from K+N), who was newly elected. Chairman Oliver Oestreich praised Miehe as someone who was willing to look at issues from a different perspective and who thus provided valuable food for thought.
