CUXHAVEN. <\/strong>The German government adopted its national port strategy in March, thus announcing its financial investment in the Cuxhaven transshipment location, which is key to on and offshore wind energy, with around 100 million euros set aside for berths 5 to 7. \u201cWe\u2019re delighted with the German government\u2019s decision, which will enable implementation of the urgently needed Cuxhaven expansion,\u201d said Michael de Reese, Chairman of Hafenwirtschaftsgemeinschaft Cuxhaven. \u201cThis is a good day for Cuxhaven and the energy transition in Germany.\u201d<\/p>\n
