The ro-ro transporter \u201cAuto Advance\u201d of the Norwegian shipping company United European Car Carriers (UECC) won in the \u201cCleanest Vessel\u201d category. As in the previous year, the title \u201cCleanest Fleet\u201d went to the CMA CGM Group. For the first time ever, the newly introduced \u201cEngagement\u201d category honoured someone who has distinguished themself in the area of ports and sustainability. This award went to Professor Benjamin Wagner vom Berg (left), who has been active in Bremerhaven, Bremen and the region for many years and, due to his professorship at Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences, has close ties to the ports of Bremen.
