This was the core message sent to the industry by around 100 partici-pants and speakers who attended the 18th Bremen Shipping Congress. The event hosted by Bremen University of Applied Sciences (HSB), Maritime Cluster North Germany (MCN), German Maritime Centre (DMZ) and other partners focussed on current challenges facing maritime human resources.
