Inke Onnen-L\u00fcbben has been the managing director of the Lower Saxony Port Marketing Company since early in the year. Jonas Vogels\u00e4nger is also new there. As Marketing &#038; Communications Manager, he is primarily in charge of driving forward digital communication.
