KIRCHHEIM UNTER TECK.<\/strong> The MOSOLF Group is reorganising its management with a view to the future: Patrick Oestreich (46) will become a member of the Executive Board on 1 February 2026 and will take over as Chairman of the Executive Board on 1 July. He succeeds Dr J\u00f6rg Mosolf, who will actively support the transition until his departure in the summer. Oestreich previously worked for Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, among others. \u2018The change will take place in close cooperation. This continuity provides a strong basis for the next steps,\u2019 emphasises Oestreich. The group, which also includes MOSOLF Port Logistics & Services GmbH (MPLS) with locations in Wilhelmshaven and Cuxhaven, remains family-owned. Dr Mosolf will remain managing director of MPLS and will advise the Executive Board on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in the future.<\/p>\n
