KG, succeeding Marc-Oliver Hauswald, who has led the company since August 2023. Hauswald\u2019s employment will end as scheduled upon the expiry of his fixed-term contract. His successor is very familiar with the port landscape of Lower Saxony. Banik has been managing director of JadeWeserPort Realisierungs GmbH &amp; Co. KG and Niedersachsen Ports GmbH &amp; Co. KG since 2014. \u201cI would like to thank Marc-Oliver Hauswald for his work and dedication during a significant phase for the port.
