A key focus of these measures is the construction of berths 5\u20137 in Cuxhaven. In addition, to further improve Cuxhaven\u2019s infrastructure links, plans are in place to build a new heavy-duty bridge, which will connect the B73 federal road with the industrial areas in the port, as well as with the Siemens Gamesa factory premisis. Extensive refurbishment work is also planned for the \u2018Alte Liebe\u2019 in Cuxhaven. At the Stade site, the expansion of the North Harbour will create additional capacity for the handling of bulk and loose cargo.
