HAMBURG<\/strong> The Eurokai Group, which operates 12 container terminals at nine locations in Europe and North Africa through its shareholdings, posted largely positive figures in the first three months of 2026. According to the quarterly report, throughput at the Group\u2019s terminals rose by 8.9 per cent to 3.54 million TEU. At the German terminals, throughput increased by as much as 12.7 per cent. Wilhelmshaven stands out in particular: there, throughput grew year on year by 60.7 per cent to around 440,000 TEU. Hamburg and Bremerhaven also recorded increases, albeit in the single-digit range. Overall, the subsidiary Eurogate handled around 2.3 million TEU in Germany. The quarterly report says this also led to a \u201csignificant\u201d rise in financial revenues. However, Eurokai does not provide precise figures.<\/p>\n
