This was stated by Chief Executive Matthias Magnor at the 146th Annual General Meeting in June 2026, adding: \u201cNot because the environment made it easy for us. But because we acted decisively where necessary.\u201d The BLG Group\u2019s turnover in 2025 stood at around 1.2 billion euros, with earnings before tax (EBT) at 77.4 million euros. The Group\u2019s equity ratio rose from 25.3 per cent to 27.2 per cent. Looking at the individual segments, the Automotive division managed to improve its profit despite declining vehicle volumes, whilst the Contract division fell short of expectations due to the ongoing economic downturn and declining volumes.
