BREMEN\/BREMERHAVEN.<\/strong> Wind power, infrastructure and permits \u2013 these topics were at the top of the agenda on 23 and 24 June 2026 at the specialist forum on intermodal heavy-haul transport in Bremen and Bremerhaven. The event was organised by the Bundesverband Schwertransporte und Kranarbeiten (BSK). The agenda included a tour to the Eurogate Terminal at Bremerhaven and to the Neustadt Harbour in Bremen, with their specialised facilities for heavy cargo, alongside presentations and in-depth discussions. All participants agreed that, to cope with the wind power industry\u2019s expansion plans, considerable logistical capacity and the use of all modes of transport are required.
