As Hapag-Lloyd, HGT\u2019s parent company, announced at the end of June 2026, the parties have agreed on the key terms of a 20 per cent stake for HGT in the terminal. Eurogate stated that the agreement had been reached as part of a strategic partnership that the two companies wish to pursue.
