According to the contract logistics provider, which has been operating there since 2005, it now has a total of 90,000 square metres of warehouse space on the site. The expansion was made possible by an agreement with the City of Emden. Dirks intends to put the space to new logistical and industrial use. The focus is on solutions for the consumer goods industry and retail, production and supply, as well as maintenance. The space has become available as a result of a transformation within the automotive industry.
