OLDENBURG.<\/strong> NPorts has signed the so-called \u201cDiversity Charter\u201d. This is an initiative by employers to promote diversity in companies and institutions. By signing the charter, the company is sending a clear signal in favour of a working environment in which different experiences and perspectives are valued and all employees have fair opportunities, NPorts comments on its Instagram page. \u201cDiversity affects us all and is evident every day in the way we work together,\u201d explains Leonie Piwczyk, who oversees diversity issues company-wide as a member of the HR development team: \u201cIt is important to me that different perspectives are heard and that everyone has the same opportunities to contribute. This is precisely what I want to work on in my new role, together with my colleagues. The signing of the charter by our managing directors represents a further step for us in advancing this issue at NPorts and embedding it more firmly in our day-to-day working lives.\u201d <\/p>\n
