HAMBURG.<\/span> Seaports of Niedersachsen once again presented itself at the joint stand of the State of Lower Saxony at WindEnergy in Hamburg last week. Numerous company representatives from Lower Saxony\u2019s port locations used the trade fair to position themselves as key logistics partners for the energy transition. At the Lower Saxony Evening, which welcomed around 200 guests, discussions focused on both the potential and the challenges facing the industry.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Various locations exemplify the broad range of services offered by Lower Saxony\u2019s port industry in wind energy logistics: Brake stands out as an onshore specialist with flexible connections to the hinterland. Cuxhaven is further expanding its role as Germany\u2019s offshore industry hub with new heavy-duty handling areas. Emden makes a significant contribution to cable route construction through the handling of energy cables and is focusing on supporting the operation and maintenance of wind farms.
