Hinrichsen’s appointment strengthens the shipbuilding expertise at HSB

31.03.2021

BREMEN. In January, Broder Hinrichsen was appointed Professor of Structural Analysis and the Design of Ships and Marine Systems at Bremen University of Applied Sciences (HSB). His appointment strengthens the team in Faculty 5, Nature and Technology, which specialises in shipbuilding and marine technology. “What I particularly like is the interdisciplinary education,” states Hinrichsen. What he would like to teach his students are modern calculation methods and the ability to think critically. This ability is sought in practice.
