When Wind and Weather Meet Precision

20.01.2026

Heavy loads, large dimensions, and a tight schedule: At the Wilhelmshaven seaport, a project requiring the utmost concentration was implemented on short notice. Six replacement rotor blades for an offshore wind farm were delivered by ship, handled at the terminal, and then prepared for long-term storage.

The conditions were demanding. Challenging weather conditions tested people, materials, and planning alike. The smooth cooperation between the offshore project management team and the Wilhelmshaven site was therefore all the more important, as they worked together to ensure the project was completed on schedule.

The key to success was primarily the commitment of the staff. With great responsibility, experience, and strong team spirit, they ensured that every step was executed with precision.

The project demonstrates how efficient port logistics can be when all parties work closely together.
