NPorts invests in Wilhelmshaven

27.03.2026

WILHELMSHAVEN The Wilhelmshaven site is set to become even more attractive to the maritime industry. This is because NPorts plans to invest a total of 25 million euros this year alone. Of this, 14 million euros is to be channelled into new projects and 11 million euros into infrastructure maintenance. “Port development requires foresight: we are planning today the infrastructure that will be needed tomorrow. In doing so, we are developing Wilhelmshaven strategically and for the long term, building on the location’s strengths. At the same time, we are responding to the pace of transformation and the demands of the market,” emphasises Holger Banik, Managing Director of NPorts and the Jade-Weser-Port Realisierungsgesellschaft.
