WILHELMSHAVEN On 1 May 2026, Holger Banik will take over as managing director of the state-owned Container Terminal Wilhelmshaven JadeWeserPort-Marketing GmbH & Co. KG, succeeding Marc-Oliver Hauswald, who has led the company since August 2023. Hauswald’s employment will end as scheduled upon the expiry of his fixed-term contract. His successor is very familiar with the port landscape of Lower Saxony. Banik has been managing director of JadeWeserPort Realisierungs GmbH & Co. KG and Niedersachsen Ports GmbH & Co.
