NORDEN. Anja Bokeloh (centre) is to take over the management of the NPorts site in Norden and will therefore be responsible for the port infrastructure on the East Frisian coast. Since 1 December 2025, she has been working closely with the current branch manager, Friedrich Voß (left), during a transitional phase. Mr Voß has led the branch for ten years and will retire at the end of April 2026. Industrial engineer Anja Bokeloh is from Aurich and brings with her many years of experience in the port and logistics sector. After studying shipping logistics in Leer, she most recently served as branch manager for engineering and operations at two inland ports in Bavaria. There, her responsibilities included port operations, maintenance, financial management, and major construction and investment projects.

BRAKE. Sven Riekers (51) has joined the team at J. Müller Weser in Brake. A native of Bremen, he joins the company from a port industry business in Bremen and will strengthen the existing Breakbulk Sales team, which has been led for many years by Jörg Kaplan.
EMDEN. The Dirks Group is expanding its space for logistics projects at the Emden Industrial Park. According to the contract logistics provider, which has been operating there since 2005, it now has a total of 90,000 square metres of warehouse space on the site.
OLDENBURG. In July 2026, NPorts published its 2026 sustainability report. This report documents developments from 2022 to 2024 and, using specific projects and comprehensive key performance indicators, illustrates how sustainability is being implemented in Lower Saxony’s ports.
