01.07.2026

SCHORTENS On 18 June 2026, Nordfrost was officially awarded the ‘family-friendly company’ quality seal by berufundfamilie during a ceremony at the dbb Forum in Berlin. With the presentation of the certificate by the Hertie Foundation’s initiative, a process has begun at Nordfrost in which further selected measures relating to work-life balance will now be embedded within the logistics company. “Our corporate culture has always been characterised by a high-performing team spirit. We want to continue this tradition, particularly in light of the fact that the expectations and requirements of our employees and job applicants regarding work-life balance are constantly evolving,” said Britta Bartels, managing partner at Nordfrost.
