Bye to boomers – hi to ai!

Remote working, flexible working hours, part-time and post–retirement working models – the world of work is rapidly changing. Artificial intelligence is increasingly taking over routine tasks, making it more difficult for youngsters to get a foothold in the job market. AI could also ease the pressure on the job market, provided it is trained with the baby boomers’ know-how before they retire. At least the human workforce retains one cherished routine: the communal coffee break.
