MOSOLF Gruppe: YOUR BEST PARTNER IN AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS
Founded in 1955 and headquartered in Kirchheim unter Teck, the MOSOLF Group is one of Europe’s leading system service providers for the automotive industry. As an owner-managed family business, MOSOLF offers a comprehensive range of services across the entire automotive logistics value chain – from transport and site logistics to special vehicle manufacturing and retail solutions. With 51 locations across Europe and a bimodal transport fleet, the company focuses on innovative and future-oriented logistics concepts. Electric trucks are already part of the fleet, as is a hybrid-powered inland vessel, underscoring MOSOLF’s step-by-step implementation of its sustainability ambitions.
As part of a strategic realignment at the beginning of 2024, the MOSOLF Group is now organized into two core business units: “Logistics & Services,” focusing on transport, site logistics, and technical services, and “Special Vehicles,” covering special vehicle manufacturing for internal security, defense, and disaster relief. The portfolio is complemented by MOSOLF Port Logistics & Services GmbH, founded in 2024, which operates maritime logistics hubs such as Wilhelmshaven, Cuxhaven, and Zeebrugge.
With the acquisition of the Transport Overseas Group (TO Group) on January 2, 2025, the MOSOLF Group strengthened its capabilities in roll-on/roll-off, break bulk, project logistics, and high & heavy cargo, while expanding its global network for maritime transport solutions. In addition, the acquisition of STOOF International GmbH as of April 2025 further expands MOSOLF’s capacities in the field of armored special vehicles.
