BREMEN. With its new multi-purpose logistics center in Bremen, Leschaco is setting a strong example for sustainable hazardous materials logistics. The DGNB Gold-certified building combines modern safety and environmental standards with high efficiency and, strategically located between the North German ports, provides space for the safe storage of a wide variety of hazardous materials, from chemicals to lithium-ion batteries. The project demonstrates how sustainable thinking, strategic site selection, and future-proof infrastructure can work together in the logistics sector.
