“Far more than a professional dialogue”

20.05.2026

BREMERHAVEN “What emerged from the Business Dialogue of North German Women Entrepreneurs was far more than a professional exchange. It was a powerful demonstration of just how much expertise, a sense of responsibility, creative drive and shared spirit can come together in the north when women entrepreneurs from all five North German federal states work together on the key issues facing the future of our business region.” This was the conclusion of the IHK Nord following the Business Dialogue, which took place on 12 and 13 May 2026 in Bremerhaven under the theme ‘Resilience in the North. Shaping transformation rather than managing it’, bringing together more than 70 female entrepreneurs. The programme included a visit to the Bremerhaven container terminal, a lively fishbowl discussion and professional exchanges in various working groups on the topics of maritime infrastructure, energy, security and AI.
