06.06.2024
WILHELMSHAVEN. In May, P3 Logistic Parks, a leading developer and long-term owner of European logistics properties, completed the first of three construction phases in the Freight Village at JadeWeserPort Wilhelmshaven. Germany’s only deep-water port will offer tenants more than 31,000 square metres of modern usable space, which should be completed by early 2025. P3 is planning to build three halls at JadeWeserPort with a combined space of 140,000 square metres.
