CUXHAVEN. Cuxhaven in Lower Saxony and Brunsbüttel in Schleswig-Holstein have been connected by the Elbe once more since March. This connection is facilitated by the new Greenferry I, which requires no more than one hour for the 32 kilometre route and alternates every three hours daily. The 130 metre long LNG ferry has room for 150 cars, 28 lorries and 600 people. “The ferry connection will palpably reduce road traffic,” said Lower Saxony’s Minister for Transportation Bernd Althusmann shortly after the ferry began operating.
J. MÜLLER: Successful end of apprenticeship project

MÜLLER announced: “The cameras have been switched off, the editing done – the short films for our ‘Lebenswelten’ training project are ready!” The project looks at the different cultural and national identities of staff, who all tell their own story. The project not only contributed towards promoting integration but also strengthened the commitment of the trainees,” said Antje Streicher, Human Resources Manager at J. Müller. Since then, the films have been shown during internal and public events as well as on J. MÜLLER social media channels.
