WILHELMSHAVEN. Johannsen & Sohn and Hamburg Lines Men. Among other things, JD Offshore offers so-called crew transfer vessels (CTVs) for transfer services to offshore wind farms. The company recently purchased and christened three used CTVs for these activities and now aims to develop a fleet of suitable watercraft and operate as a ship manager.
